My 9th World Championships! 🇺🇸❤️✨

I’m so grateful to be here representing Team USA. This year, my biggest focus has been my health… both physically and mentally and finding my spark again. That meant my energy wasn’t fully on swimming and that’s okay. After 21 years in this sport, I’m reminded why I started: simply because I loved it with my whole heart. This week, I’m holding on to that same love and swimming with that mentality.

I may not have many years left in the pool, which makes every race that much more meaningful.

Dog sat Ding-a-Ling last week. We complain that she’s a PITA but now that she’s a city dog, she put Finn & Charley to shame…or their owner to shame 🤪 More structure is coming their way 😂

UPCOMING ANNOUNCEMENTS!

We are expecting petite/mini golden doodles early October! This will be a quick to fill up litter so get your reservation in for puppies ready for new homes early December.

We are also planning Medium size golden doodles ready for new homes in December/Christmas time frame.
