New House Farm, Chainbridge, Abergavenny, NP7 9DS
Lovely 30x50 outdoor arena (liana Brake’s premises)

Other dates: 5th (FULL), 15th, & 26th Jan..USK College, indoor arena
More to follow!

All polework/grid/jump exercise sessions will continue into 2025.
Still working at improving horse/rider confidence for those that need it & building that understanding of how your horse goes (remember it’s not always about what they do or don’t do! We must continually have self awareness & be willing to work on ourselves to better our partnership!
So just making some small adjustments, whether it’s extra half halts to help & support their balance or simple straightness exercises will be hugely valuable.
Mindset is also vital & you’ve all proved ‘you can do it’ 🤩

Yesterday’s session at Usk & it was Story’s first experience of small bounces.
Unfortunately I can’t add more videos but super riding everyone & well done for all those who completed the competition challenges!

The horses love a little technicality in their work, you can see how they start to engage throughout the exercises & the partnership’s confidence just grows.

These training sessions will be progressive & fun.

I will put together exercises to help your horses balance, suppleness & rhythm (whether they are babies or the stiffer/older horse.
Encouraging eye/hoof Co-ordination & reactions, yours & there’s is essential, & they must learn to think for themselves.

◾️Sun 15th Sept…. Pengethley Equestrian, HR9 6LL

Pole/jump exercises to help confidence for both horse & rider/encourage a lazy horse to pick up so better eye/foot coordination/overall correctness & help develop the horses balance plus a big emphasis on straightness & lines before & after the fence.
Suitable for all

◾️Tues 24th Sept… Pengethley Equ, HR9 6LL
‼️SPACE ….6pm - 60 ish ❗️Can be a RC member or not!!
This will be weather dependant as we’ll need the daylight.

This session will be as above but different layout!
Non RC… afternoon/poss after RC
H&DRC after 4pm

◾️Thurs 26th Sept….. Ace cross country practice
As little or as much as you want! We could literally be playing & giving confidence through water or dropping down tiny steps!
Maybe you’d like to give their Hunter Trial a go?

Gosh so proud of these guys yesterday! Hopefully I can add Donna’s video too 🤩
But EVERY rider I worked with just did so well. I’m looking forward to our next one!
