My beautiful foster babies are growing up. They will be 6 weeks old this week. Now if I could just get mom to start weaning them so I can get them to eat kitten food!

*EDIT* she has been found. She spent a cold snowy night in a neighbors tree. Shaking food bag the next morning made her get noisy enough they were able to find her.

One of our recently adopted kittens is missing in West Haven/Hooper area. Off 4000 S and 5100 W. She is microchipped and her name is Princess.

UPDATE ON VELMA:

It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that we share the heartbreaking news of Velma’s passing. After undergoing surgery today, we learned that she was suffering from cancer, and despite our best efforts, we had to make the agonizing decision to humanely euthanize her. Velma’s journey was a painful reminder of how fragile life can be, and our hearts are broken for her.

In trying to save her life, the Humane Society of Northern Utah has incurred significant debt, and we are now reaching out for your help. The financial burden is overwhelming, but it is nothing compared to the loss of a sweet soul like Velma. We cannot continue our mission to save and care for animals without the generosity of kind-hearted supporters like you.

Your donation—no matter how small—can make all the difference in helping us continue our work and care for those in need. We are truly grateful for your support, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Velma's story may have ended too soon, but with your help, we can keep working to give other animals the chance they deserve.

Cherrie came to us with her two newborn kittens. They are weaned now and Cherrie is ready for a home of her own. She is a beautiful calico kitty who is very sweet.
