Hi everyone!
Meet my Irish Wolfhound Finn & me; Bar.
(Bar is short for Barbara in The Netherlands and is how people call me overhere. 😉)
Naming my brand ‘Finnbarr’ just made sense to me. 😃
Fun fact: The name Finnbarr is derived from Fionnbharr, an old Irish word meaning “fair-headed one” and is being spelled in many different ways.
St. Finnbarr was Bishop of Cork and abbot of a monastery in what is now the city of Cork, Ireland.
He is patron saint of the city and of the Diocese of Cork. His feast day is 25 September.
In my search of trying to find a cool celtic leather dog collar for my irish wolfhounds i rarely found something i really liked and when i did, i wasn’t able to purchache them.
So i decided i’m going to immerse myself in the world of leather crafting to make them myself.
My goal is to eventually sell them so everyone can enjoy them and make their best friend(s) look supercool. 😎
