Unchain Arkansas Some cities in Arkansas do have ordinances against chaining dogs. Those cities most likely also offer a municipal animal shelter for enforcement of ordinances.

While county areas have no recourse action if a chaining ordinance was implemented.

So I haven’t been keeping up with this page but I think it’s time we all should.

If you have recurred a dog from a changed environment and want to post the situation here, I want this page to be full of rescued dogs that our local AR rescues have # and feel free to share happy endings.
