Welcome to everyone that has joined the page. At this stage there are no rules it is up to you as a breeder to do the right think and dna & health test your dogs to ensure you are breeding healthy dogs. You are liable under consumer law for selling an animal that has avoidable heritable faults.
There is no reason, especially with current prices, that your breeding dogs don't get tested.
Be a responsible breeder.
