Good morning everyone 🤩
Just a couple reminders……..

**please bring back contracts if you took one home**

** if your dog has fleas , please contact me to reschedule your appointment until they are treated and fleas are gone **

***PICK UP*** your dog MUST be picked up within 30 mins of the FIRST phone call( answered or not) , failure to do so you WILL be charged additional fees. $20 after 30 min and then $10 every 15 mins thereafter.
Example- 30mins =$20
45mins= $30
I don’t like to be strict on this but unfortunately I have to be as I do not have the space and also I am not able to watch your dog while I am working on another dog. If you know you’re not able to come once we call you please have a back up plan arrangements for pick up.

*** please have your phone on you at all times during your grooming appointment incase of an emergency and for pick up *****
