I just wanted to give a shout out to Courtesy Palm
Harbor Honda. My Honda Element is a 2010 with 232,000 miles. It’s been a great car but today it suddenly stopped running. I was on 19 and was able to get it towed to Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. They were awesome! They determined it was the alternator (which was the original part from the factory). They also were able to find a replacement alternator which they had delivered to their location. In addition, they stayed open past closing time to get the alternator installed and get me on my way. They were extremely professional and helpful. Special thanks to Tracy Korfias the service drive manager. She coordinated everything and she and her amazing team went above and beyond! I highly recommend them for any of your car maintenance needs. I truly appreciated their help today.
