Over the years I have owned quite a few animals including dogs, cats, hens & a horse. Well, that's a wrap! After 5 amazing years of caring for your furry, feathery, and even scaly family members, I will be finishing up as Pawsome Pet Minding in Glenmore Park and embarking on a new chapter.

I would like to thank everyone who has trusted me with their pets' care and supported Pawsome. I have loved every minute spent with your pets, and there have been many awesome highs (and sadly some lows!).

Throughout it all, knowing that I've been able to put your minds at ease and ensure your pet's well-being has made the entire Pawsome journey so worth it.

I'm looking forward to more family time, especially on the weekend. With an upcoming move, I'm excited to see what the next chapter in our family adventures holds for us all. We've just got to get through this very stressful time of relocating first!

Home Visit: All Pets

I come to your home to care for your pet while you are away.

Feeding and checking water.
Administer medication.
Play time and cuddles.
Clean litter tray.
Scoop p**p.
Regular updates and photos / videos.

Included in daily visit (if required):
Collect mail.
Water plants.
Take bins out / in.

Home Visit with Dog Walk

Home visit combined with a walk for one small to medium dog. All walks are on lead only. I do not walk dogs in extreme weather.

I didn't quite know what the 'L' I'd let myself in for when I was greeted by three anxious dogs - Luna, Lollie, and Lumi, the three L's 🤣. Two barking and growling, and one sitting in a corner shaking, unable to give me eye contact. Yes, I had met this trio a couple of days before, but pets don't always behave in the same way when their families are away, particularly if they are unsettled and stressed.

I've cared for many anxious dogs over the years, and I find the best thing to do is give them time and space so they can come to me when they feel safe to do so. Within a few days, the barking had ceased, and it didn't take long to see the true personalities of these little sweethearts shine through. Luna, the top dog, was surveying her empire from my knee while being stroked. Hey, everything is high when you're a Chihuahua! Lollie playing with puppy Lumi, and Lumi doing zoomies round the yard.

By the end of my time caring for them, they were happy to see me, enjoyed being stroked, and loved spending time with me. It was so rewarding seeing the turn around in these girls, especially being greeted by their wagging tails.

So sad to find out my 16 year old walking buddy Annie crossed over the rainbow bridge earlier today. 💔

I had been caring for Annie on a regular basis for over 2 years. Together, we clocked up 70 walks, our last being just this Monday.

Annie eagerly awaited my arrival and loved nothing more than going out for a walk, powering up the hill, and towing me behind. 🤣

Annie, you may have been a small dog, but you had such a big personality and will be sadly missed by all who knew you.

Run free, beautiful girl. 🌈

Dmitry loved my recent visits. A far cry from the nervous boy I first cared for almost 4 years ago. 🥰

This school holiday, I was able to assist 16 clients, caring for 13 cats, 13 dogs, 1 pony, 1 donkey, 1 parrot, 5 hens, and 2 tanks of fish.

I loved visiting Banjo. Such a happy, playful boy. I do have a soft spot for the oldies. ❤️

Beautiful Peaches was described as the cat I probably wouldn't see. Awww.

Awww, Lucky, you are adorable. It has been my pleasure caring for such a sweet old man. While I know you really missed your humans, you did enjoy our walks together, sitting next to me to be stroked, your homemade spaghetti dinners, and most of all, treat time! You are one very special boy. ❤

Chico is a sweet, older guy with a real zest for life. He really is the best boy.
