Lilli, a guardian mom, clearly knows her place at our house while her family is away. 😂 We love keeping our current and future dog parents so they feel right at home when little pups arrive.

All our sweet Australian Mountain Doodle pups are snuggled up and making new memories. It’s always bittersweet to say goodbye. The joy these pups bring to families is what keeps us going. A big thank you to the wonderful families who love these babies and entrust me as their breeder! 🥹 Lucky for us, sweet Bingo is staying in our program and will be placed in a guardian home. For now, we are spoiling, training, and loving her big! It’s so easy to do! 😍 We have litters planned for Fall and Winter, but until then we look forward to a slower schedule & much needed family time!

Bath time success! Not sure I’ve ever had a litter so willing to be still for sanitary cuts, nail trims, baths, and blowouts. I’m telling you, this litter and their brains are amazing! They are so smart and willing to please. Positive reinforcement is their love language! 🥹💕

These 2 (Mac & Coco) thinking they would get PB (the cat) but she showed them! She showed them “I’ll play with you, but don’t be rough or else.” And she put them in their place appropriately. She’s a great cat! I sometimes find her snuggling with them. And yes, Bitty (the mama dog) approves. 😉

Bingo is our POL and breeders prospect. She has a soft, wavy coat and 2 blue eyes. She has the ability to pass on her blue eyes to any offspring whether Merle or not Merle. She has a wonderful, mellow temperament and likes to be cradled like a baby and loved on. 💕

Sweet tiny Chloe is the smallest and will likely be 20’ish pounds if not smaller. She has a curly coat. She is such a lady and doesn’t care when her littermates are being rambunctious, she might play and partake should she wish to, or she occupies herself with other toys. She likes to sit on her throne (dog bed) and watch them play. She’s like the little sister of them. She’s not wimpy or fearful. She just kind of does what she wants, happily. When she’s scooped up, she enjoys her one on one time with us. And yes, she has 2 blue eyes as well.

Mackenzie or “Mac” for short, has 2 beautiful blue eyes just like his mama. 🧿He is going to be a mama’s boy or daddy’s boy because he is a snuggle bug and like Coco, he seeks human touch and wants to be held and loved. He has the softest, straight coat. Him and Coco are usually playing and hanging out. He’ll sit back and watch situations unfold, then bolt in and play. He too, doesn’t fight exercises and flops on his back to be held like a baby. He’s a super sweet boy!

Coco is our biggest girl but so buttery, soft, and melt in your arms. She’s perky and looking to play. But she’s also a bump on a log and plops down. If you scoop her up to be held, it’s usually met with a little kiss on your nose. She loves human touch. She gravitates to people. She doesn’t shy away. She’s quick to recover from loud noise and eager to check out new exposure items. Coco is my daughters’, Lou, favorite puppy because of her eyeliner wings. She is such a doll!

Bluey is a little girl and has a wavy coat and fits somewhere in the middle of her litter mates. She is sometimes in the middle playing with everyone, and sometimes she puts herself to sleep in the crate away from the fun. She doesn’t protest exercises - none of them do. When she’s flipped on her back, she’ll tense up but then relax. She’s estimated to be around 25-30lbs full grown.

I took puppy pics today and they are the best I could do. I’m starting to think I didn’t wipe off my lens. 🙃 Pics coming tomorrow!

These 5 chunky pups are steadily gaining weight and breezing through Early Scent & Neuro Stimulation exercises. Each day, they resist less and less and become more chill through the exercises. Bitty, their mom, is a fantastic mom and tends to them amazingly well. I am incredibly blessed with healthy pups and a wonderful mama dog. 💕

Home is running into my mama’s arms wherever we are!!! Katie is just as smitten with Benji Gator, as he is with her. 💙

Benji is a future papa for us since passing his OFA, PennHIP, and DNA genetic testing with flying colors! I (Lauren) am so blessed to work with amazing guardian families who love our puppy parents and help Boxwood Doodles be ethical breeders without the use of concrete kennel runs. We don’t retire our adults because they are already in their forever homes being loved and spoiled… just as they should be! 💕

Guardian families pay zero upfront and compensated for litters produced. Bitty is an Aussiedoodle looking for a guardian home within 3-4 hours of Ruston, Louisiana. Skip the puppy stage and training! She is crate & potty trained. She is up to date on vaccinations, and all prevention meds. Has a wonderful loving temperament and was very easy to train. Loves car rides and adventures and is NOT crazy hyper. She’s knows how to chill in the house and has great manners. Loves kids and other dogs.

Working on Manding. Hermione and Harry are loving the boiled chicken pieces. 😋 Ron is bebopping around. 🤪 We’ll do this a few times a day. They are getting conditioned to hearing the clicker in association with a treat. What is manding? It gives them a voice to say “I want this. I’m interested. I need something.” And instead of jumping on me to get it, they learn to sit. It grabs my attention as the dog owner and gives them a polite way to say MOM! I want or need something. Jumping on me doesn’t work… but sitting does.

Happy New Year! We have big plans for 2022 and look forward to what’s coming! 🐾 I am finalizing studs for 2022. I use outside studs and everything really has to be in order before I can open a waitlist. 🐾 Bonnie (mini) will complete health testing this spring. Her waitlist will open once she passes & I confirm a stud. Because she is small, I’ll only accept 4 spots. 🐾 Violet & Reese have passed their health testing with flying colors! 🐾We could have (depending on the stud used) - Bernedoodles, Aussiedoodles, Australian Mountain Doodles, and King Bernedoodles (Cavalier x Bernedoodle). We are aiming for healthy, smart family pets, with mellow temperaments and eager to please.
