This Thanksgiving, our hearts are fuller than ever here at Boxwood Doodles 🤎

We’re beyond thankful for healthy litters, sweet snuggles, wagging tails, and the most loyal, loving guardian families anyone could ever ask for. We don’t take a single moment for granted — not the late nights, the early mornings, the tiny paws, or the big milestones. Every puppy that passes through our arms changes us in the best way.

To every family who has trusted us with their future best friend… thank you. To everyone who has supported, shared, encouraged, and cheered us on… thank you. You are the reason Boxwood Doodles is what it is today.

And to the pups — past, present, and future — we are forever grateful for the joy you bring into our lives and homes.

Introduction to crate training has officially begun 🤍

Now they get to sleep in a plush, cave-like space while learning, “This is my bedroom. When I’m in here, I don’t get messed with or touched — it’s my safe place.” The door stays open so they can come and go as they please and build a positive, stress-free association.

We’ve also added a designated potty area, since at this age they naturally potty away from where they sleep. The goal is to start that foundation early.

They also get a peek into the living room, where they can see people, hear everyday noises, and be gently exposed to all the elements of daily life — all while remaining safe and cozy in their own little spot.

Small lessons now = confident, well-mannered pups later 🐾

All snuggled up and dreaming of Christmas magic… our tiny sweater squad is busy eating, sleeping, and practicing for their roles as the cutest gifts under the tree. ❤️🎄🐾

And those precious red-coated babes? They’re still on the lookout for a cozy fireplace to snooze beside when the season turns chilly.
