I noticed after returning to full time work away from home, that my cat was getting overly anxious whenever I left, and really clingy when I returned. I realised that she was getting lonely being home alone all day. Now I work part time, and she's much happier seeing more of me! I thought other people's pets may also be getting lonely at home all day... and that's how Pet Buddys was born!

Welcome to Pet Buddy!

Do you work long hours? Do you have an anxious or lonely pet? We are a pet visit service, coming to your house to check on your furbaby and keep them company. We offer your pet stimulation through chat and play, can feed if you want, and if they allow us, cuddles!

All pets have a free meet and greet prior to commencing visits, to ensure compatibility between them and their pet buddy.

Currently we are only operating in Napier, however we hope to expand this soon!

Rates:
Companion visits: $30 for 30 minutes
Feed only visits: $15 for 15 minutes
