“** IN DESPERATE NEED OF CENTRAL FLORIDA FOSTER/ADOPTER **
Savannah has been with us for over a year, and she has been through so much… she is long overdue for a forever home of her own. Savannah came to us in September 2019 with a bullet lodged in her spine and with a fiery, rowdy, and feisty spirit. Over the last year, a lot has happened with this girl. She has undergone surgery with a long recovery to remove the bullet, she’s done countless hours of acupuncture, aqua treadmill, and laser therapies, she was neglected and uncared for by a previous foster causing major setbacks, and she was adopted from us and returned 48 later due to lack of commitment from the adopter… She is so deserving of a home of her own.

We are seeking either a foster home or a forever home for Savannah. Her ideal home is one with no men, no children, and no other pets. Savannah will thrive best in a home as an only dog in an active household. She is a young dog and she loves to play and be outside and run. She is super high energy, and will let you know when she wants attention (which is pretty much all the time). She is paralyzed in her back end due to being shot in the spine, and she uses a cart for play and exercise time. She does require bladder expression (manually squeezing urine from the bladder) which is quick, clean, and easy to do. We need a hero, an angel, to open their heart and home to this special girl.”

As you can see, he can move pretty well but still needs some rehab.
He deserves to be all better and since I’m his Angel, I’m here to help in any way I can.

Hello everyone....
Things are great here at the Rainbow Bridge. I love running and jumping around.... and some days I even get to play Angel for a bit.... ❤️
So I'm here today to tell a little story.
Around the same time I was rescued, another dog was dropped off at the vet because he could no longer walk. The vet fell sorry for him so she kept him in the Clinic and the whole staff took care of him...
Since the beginning, Lil Rascals Dog Rescue wanted to help but they couldn't find a foster that would take care of him like my foster mom took care of me.
After I left for the Rainbow Bridge everyone was really sad and there was an empty spot at my foster mom's home.
I know she was hesitant and I know she needed a break, but her heart is big and when she learned about this dog, she agreed to go meet him....
After several months living at the Vet office, this dog got to leave and continue his rehab from a foster home.
Everyone: please say hello to SCOOBY!
Thank you Foster Mom for opening your home and heart again to another goober like me. I'm sure Scooby will keep you all entertained.
Thank you Lil Rascals Dog Rescue for taking in another special guy like me.
I'll go now but I'm still around, earning my wings 😉

I want to thank everyone that has shared his posts, donated, prayed, sent positive vibes, and cared for Major.

Major was the friendliest dog and loved all humans. He enjoyed walks and his toys. He made the world a little brighter with his smile.

He is at peace and pain free now.

Hi everyone! I know many of you are worried about me. I’m feeling a little better with the help of medicine and something called “acupuncture”. They stuck spikes in my back! I didn’t like it, but it did make my back hurt less.

My foster mom said that they do the know why I don’t feel good. But my reflexes aren’t working like they should.

I’m getting lots of new toys, so that must be good, right?

I appreciate all of your thoughts, prayers, and positive vibes.

Here’s a picture of me without that horrible diaper. I get so embarrassed that I have to wear it.

Hi everyone
It has been a long week...
I haven’t been feeling like myself.... Let’s say I’m having some “issues” that required to wear a diaper - I’m so embarrassed by it!
My foster mom took me to see the vet. After our visit, the vet told her how uncomfortable I really am - I didn’t want my foster mom to know all this and be worried.
Then, Foster Mom started crying and even though I tried to say I’m a Sagittarius, I heard them say the word “Cancer”. I don’t understand it but apparently changing Zodiac Signs is NOT a good thing.
I'm resting and they are still checking on things, so I guess that is not a definitive "thingy".
Well, at least I still get yummy foods and lots of toys.
Please send me some good vibes and maybe ask for the Guy that lives up there to keep me happy... I think that is call a “Prayer”.
I need all the love I can get.

I have to admit, weekends aren’t my favorite. I stay in my foster moms office because I don’t get along with one of the doggies that lives here. I get lots of walks and outside time, but I love to be by humans and I get to see my foster mom all day during the weekdays while she works. The weekends I only see her when I go outside or on my walks. I get a little upset at this and my feelings get hurt when I know people are here and I can’t see them.

Trying to beat the rain. I can sleep through storms (no storm anxiety here), but my foster mom wanted me to get my walk in. I love meeting people on my walks and everybody always says I’m a good boy.

Happy Wednesday! Yesterday my foster mom was making me work on something called “leave it”, which means I couldn’t go near the kitty that walked by me. Why would I not want to say “hi” to the kitty with my mouth? It is not my favorite thing to learn so far.

I am looking for a Furever Home willing to adopt me and help me continue to learn new things.
