is not linear, expects ups and downs. when you vacation without your dog more than likely they will have a wonderful time without you with no structure and you will feel like you have regressed. with patience and consistency your dog will remember their training.

Does your dog value your touch and praise? A reward should not be just about a physical object like food or toys it should be the interaction with you. Take the time to learn what your dog likes and values.
