At Carus, we are taking pride to make joining an employee, a dream experience that will take him into the fairy tale world by that he can sense that I am part of a great organization. It is very much obvious that in the beginning always an entrant remains in a tantalizing state of mind that may be or could be a challenging experience for him. But, Carus always creates a platform by that we can make each and every employee happy, calm, and comfortable and allow him to settle down fast in a great environment.
Let's welcome Mr. Manish Wadhwa, who has joined us as Purchase Assistant in our company, hopefully, this token of gesture would help him to experience Carus's values and work culture which makes- Carus a great place to work.'

Perception errors are always difficult to understand in a professional environment wherein most eligible people or professional cults are working together though challenges, conflicts, mindset contrasts productivity challenges are still in any sort of top-class environment.

Such events which provoke and enable people to work as a collaborative team with a diverse mindset help each and every one to understand realms of the team working and learning elms to attain the goal of the organization with a firm strategic mindset.

Thanks to the plant team which really participated in this action-oriented activity to understand such challenges to make goal orientation a first priority because there was only collaboration was working and they could understand how to beat the heat when their own perception creates a lot of conflicts but such initiatives makes professional to think out of the box.

Thanks to Carus which is providing a kind of platform that enables Carusians to learn better, to perform best with their capabilities.
