Puppy Update :)

This puppy was Becky Thatcher here at Freedom Avenue. She is now Bailey, and you can tell she is loving her life in Georgia with her family.

Becky, Bailey is the sweetest most wonder dog ever. Words cannot describe how much I love her ❤️ or how much she loves us. Thank you so much. 💓

Say hello to the newest addition to Freedom Avenue!!! I've been using my my mom's males, but with her downsizing and on the way to retirement I need my own boy. He's about 10 weeks old and is actually a nephew to Herbie that sired multiple litters with my girl Freeda. He was called Blaze, but I still need to figure out a patriotic name to keep with my theme :)

Hearthside and Fave's Dawn's Early Light decided to start of this Super Bowl day in quite spectacular fashion! These are Maltipoos and the two lighter ones are females, while the two darker ones are males :)

I call this little girl Becky Thatcher. Her brothers were Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn, but they have been sold. They were born on 08/10/2022. August 10 is when Missouri became a state, so I decided to celebrate Missouri's famous author Mark Twain and use names from his famous book Tom Sawyer.
Enough on that, now for Becky Thatcher. She is super sweet!! Becky is a fun loving, frisky little girl who also does enjoy cuddle time :) Becky Thatcher is still with me for a couple of reasons.
1) Besides raising puppies, I work full time at a local hospital, and finding the time to take pictures, create/ update ads and the website can be challenging. I focus first on making sure all the puppies have a clean pen and plenty of food and water :)
2) Unfortunately, Becky Thatcher also had a case of pneumonia She then started experiencing some hair loss, which necessitated another trip to the vet. Vet said her case of pneumonia probably brought on a fever which damaged her hair causing it to fall out. Becky was prescribed a special shampoo, and after a bit her hair coat has now pretty much returned to normal. I was also told at one point that she had a grade 2 heart murmur. A subsequent vet visit, same office but different vet, said she was fine and there was no murmur. I like my puppies to be 100% before they leave me and unfortunately sometimes things like this happen. It is rare here at Freedom Avenue, but things happen, and we deal it the best we can.

I call this little girl Dolly Madison. She is one of the sweetest puppies ever! She loves to play with her friends and is quite playful! Dolly is also a baby doll who enjoys a cuddle and loves to give kisses. Dolly is a F1 maltipoo from Glory and Beacon. She is a lovely apricot and white color and is currently 16wks old. I expect her to stay pretty small since she only weighs about 2lbs 7oz at this time. Feel free to check my website out for more info and reach out to me if interested. www.feedomavenue.net

Decided to create a page for my puppies and dogs :) Hopefully this will be easier to keep updated than the website, lol. Also hope to share puppy updates that I get from those who already have a Freedom Avenue Pups puppy! :)
