🚨PUPPY LEFT AT FELD PARK-ER RESCUE + FOSTER SOUGHT🚨 This overly sweet female puppy was left last night at Feld Park in Bellaire. She has either demodectic (not contagious) or sarcoptic mange and will be seen by the vet. Both are fully treatable. She was clearly neglected at such a young age, yet is incredibly friendly to humans. She will need medicated baths and attentive care to heal.
🚨Seeking an emergency rescue group and foster. Message or email [email protected] for more info or to meet her💔

🐶FOUND 4-16-24: 2 SISTERS @ BELLAIRE POUND ISO RESCUE+FOSTER🐶! These ladies were, allegedly, found on the 4900 block of Bissonnet on the evening of Tuesday 4-16 near Fellows Coffee. They have no tags or chips. If you are their owner, call BPD at 713-668-0487 with proof of ownership. We have named them Phoebe (blonde) and Quinn (brown). They are both about 40 pounds, heartworm negative, 16 months, and have been seen by the vet and vaccinated! Once their stray hold is up Friday 4-18, they will need a foster and rescue to ensure their safe passage out of the pound.

Phoebe and Quinn need fosters! These two sweet sisters came in with no chips and no collars. They’re happy playing together…from frolicking in the grass to asking for pets side-by-side.
Phoebe (blonde)
40lbs
16 months
HW-
Quinn (darker coat)
41lbs
16 months
HW-
Phoebe is the more confident one of the two. She’s curious, explores the play yard and watches when other dogs pass by. She was great on the leash and was asking for pets by the end of the visit.
Quinn is the sweeter, more fearful one. She warmed up within a few minutes though and showed that she’s more interested in belly rubs and cuddles over the activity outside the fenced walls. She was also good on the leash and enjoyed her chew in the grass.
These two would be an easy pair to foster but can also be separated as needed! If you’d like your dog(s) to meet them, please let us know.

Macy needs a foster by tomorrow afternoon! This 1.5 year old pittie is under medical observation with a temp foster until tomorrow. She’ll be transferred back to the pound if we can’t find her a home. Medical foster says: “Macy is the sweetest, most loving dog. She’s calm and mostly disinterested in my two dogs - a small neutered male and a spayed pittie female. She sleeps in the crate for 9 hours a night and has had no accidents inside the house. Macy loves all humans. She’s eating well and is grateful to be safe.”
