How I keep the pups cool frozen treat edition part 2
I go for big frozen treats when we're outside for longer periods or I need to keep the pups occupied! These are also only made with the best ingredients and they go crazy over them! They’re also super easy to make and just pop out of the freezer!
First treat:
goat's milk
Banana
Blueberries
Second treat:
Turkey or beef bone broth
Shredded carrots
Cut up red peppers

Manila and Newton's favorite way to cool down outside or after a walk is with frozen treats! They're easy to make and are full of only the best ingredients for the pups! Cute molds also make them more fun too
Purple treats:

Having two Velcro pups over the summer can be challenging when it's hot outside. Manila and Newton don't like being left in the house while l'm outside so l've found a lot of ways to keep them cool while being able to be outside for hours at a time. So here's a mini series of things I do to keep my pups cool!
Manila is OBSESSED with bison marrow bones. I have two that I keep just in the freezer and I will bring them outside with us if I know they're going to need something cool to chew on! Manila still treats them the same as she would in the house and it gives the pups something to do while being outside!

When your new lumps come back without cancer cells in them 🥳
When Newton was rescued, he had a large mast cell tumor on his ear that needed to be removed. The only way to properly remove it was to also remove half his ear. When he came home in November of 2020, we found three more and they were also removed in February of 2022. Ever since the surgery he goes to the oncologist every 6 months to continue to check his health and make sure nothing has changed in his blood work or any other tests. So when a new lump pops up, it’s important for him to get them aspirated to make sure they have no cancer cells in them. We found two new lumps this weekend and got them checked out. All came back clear and just added a new lump to his watch list! So proud of this boy for being so patient through all of his appointments!

Dog Products I Can't Live Without ~part one~ wondercide has been a key part of our walks over the last couple of months. Living in the woods is wonderful except for the ticks this year.
