The first picture is the week I brought Marek home. He was 13 months old. A 75 pound puppy. Now he is 6 and around 100 pounds. Everyone says he is all business all the time. But I get to see those moments of puppy in him still. He is the best partner anyone could have.

MEET YOUR NEW OFFICERS:

Officer Timothy Davis grew up in North Carolina, and during a trip to Europe met a girl from Maine. Tim soon moved to Maine and started working at the family blueberry farm.

In 2009, Tim joined the Knox County Sheriffs Office as a Corrections Officer and in 2013 took a position as Patrol Officer with the Camden Police Department. Tim attended the 27th Basic Law Enforcement Training Program and in 2017 Tim went back to the Sheriffs Office as a Patrol Deputy.

In 2018 Tim was selected to be the K9 Handler for the Sheriffs Office, which is when he met his partner and better half K9 Marek. (Which to be honest we just wanted Marek but it was a package deal...)

K9 Marek is a German Shepard that was born in Weld Maine at Von Woden Kennels. Marek comes from a family of Police K9's and was happy to join in the family business. Marek is trained in drug detection, tracking, and handler protection.

Marek has been a great resource and very successful in tracking lost individuals as well as fleeing criminals. We are excited to have K9 Marek and Tim join our team!

Yesterday Natalia and I played softball to help raise money for the Oceanside Middle School Parent Teacher Group. We joined the rest of the and played two really good games. It was a fun day with friends and being part of the community.

It’s was my 39th birthday yesterday. My family wasn’t moving fast enough so I got my cake and told them to sing. Then I took pictures acting like my daughters do in pictures.
