As a veterinarian work doesn't stop on holidays. I've spent countless Christmas mornings, New year eves (Once while wearing a tuxedo, for a late night emergency, That's a story for another day 😊) and every other holiday. People have entrusted me with the care of their babies for the last 25 years and that trust doesn't stop on holidays. I came in this morning to check on patients and I'm happy to report all are doing well. Now time to go home, watch a little football, relax and eat some good food.😬

Sometimes I have to pinch myself, I Cant believe I get to do things I dreamed of as a kid! Unfortunately this gorgeous Serval had to undergo surgery for a tail injury. Surgery was a success and the serval is now living his best life🥰

The serval (Leptailurus serval) is a wild cat native to Africa. It is widespread in sub-Saharan countries.

Crazy how low life works, One day youre be sitting home as a kid on one of those hot Georgia days watching him on TV do his Carlton dance on the Fresh prince of Bel Air , Then boom! you're doing the dance alongside him at a awards show. Never stop dreaming!

TIS THE SEASON for Veterinary Students! 🩺

Doctor-to-be Richardson and Doctor-to-be Dixon have been helping us this past week. They’ve worked hard this past year at school and we are so lucky to be able to learn from them and help apply their new knowledge!
