Jersey and Philly need foster homes!

A resident rescued these two beautiful siblings last year, and the resident is now very sick and cannot keep them. Jersey is female and Philly is male. They are both 15 years old. The Mt. Olive TNR Project is out of foster space.

MOTNR will pay for vet care and supplies—all you have to do is provide a loving foster home. They don't necessarily need to be in the same home.

Anna Dr/ Sandshore Rd: Mother cat with orange kitten

This mother cat had 4 kittens outside a resident's house on Anna Dr. The resident was able to grab three of the kittens when the mother left but the fourth kitten was with her. The resident only sees the mother and this kitten over her Ring doorbell, and the photo is unclear. If you are feeding this cat and kitten, or know who is, please contact the Mt. This cat has been showing up at a resident's property nightly and fighting with her barn cats. She asked the Mt. Olive TNR Project to trap the cat for neutering. Lost Cat-- Vasa Park

Zyla is a 13+ year old TNR'd feral cat who went missing in the Vasa Park area. This is an old photo and she's less chubby now but still identifiable by her markings. She went missing two years ago for a month and then returned. She's scared of people so is unlikely to let anyone get close to her. Sharing from the Mount Olive Health Department:

The Health Department has a deceased cat impounded for a seven-day hold at the Common Sense for Animals facility. The cat (06/14/2024 impound) was a domestic shorthair, dark gray female, wearing a black collar with reflective stripe. No microchip was detected. The cat was struck by a car on Flanders Road by Turkey Brook Park.

Jersey and Philly need new homes!

Jersey (lighter face) and Philly (darker face) are about 13 years old and have had several owners in the past few years, so they could use a stable, loving home to live out their lives. Philly is neutered, while Jersey is too old to spay and not at risk of pregnancy.

They’re both negative for FELV/FIV, up to date on shots, microchipped, and healthy. They are extremely sweet and love attention. They get along but are not significantly bonded and could be adopted together or separately.

Not only are there kittens up for adoption, but their mom needs a new home too!

Zen is 1 to 2 years old, calm and sweet, and loves attention. She loves to be close to you and once she's used to you, she might become a real lap cat!

****UPDATE: Zap and Zag have been adopted! Zig and Zip have been transferred to PAL and can be visited at Whole Pets in Hackettstown. Please give these kittens a home!

These four kittens are ready for adoption!

Zig, an all-black male; Zag, a black and white male; Zip, a gray female; and Zap, a gray and white female, are all 8 weeks old and need new homes. They've had their first distemper shots and are FIV/FELV negative. The adoption fee of $150 includes spaying/neutering as well as the rest of their shots when they are 3 to 4 months old.

This 1-year-old kitty's owner was going through medical issues and had to give her up. Midnight loves to eat, sleep and play. She is a lot of sugar with a little bit of spice. She loves to cuddle and sleep close to you. Midnight would do well as an only cat as she doesn't act well with other cats. She would love to meet someone who has a lot of love to give her.

Jazz still needs a home!

She has been coming out of "her room" more and more and is starting to interact more with people and other pets.

We're hoping we can find a great home for this two-year-old girl who is really sweet but easily scared by sudden movements.

Jazz needs a calm household with a loving family (no small kids) that has a lot of patience.

She LOVES to be pet, enjoys her treats and loves to play.

She will probably hide at first so we recommend putting her in one room until she’s comfortable around the family. Then let her explore her new surroundings in her own time.
