The great news: The second operation appears so far to have been a success. Last night CSU reported that Snowball was doing fantastic, wagging his tail, and starting to act like a dog again. He even ate a few kibbles. Until we get out to day 7 of this second operation, though, we can’t really breathe easy that a couple potential complications won’t develop from this rare and complicated procedure. Thanks to those who donated, I’ve been able to ensure both that (1) the second surgery happened and (2) that he’s had a few days to recover w/ the nourishment of a feeding tube and three different strong pain meds in the critical care unit.
The not-so-great news: I haven’t raised enough to keep him hospitalized for the full stay that might be optimal for recovery, but perhaps all will turn out just fine if he avoids any more complications and continues the progress we saw last night. I’m going to stay optimistic.
I will keep you posted. Until then, Snowball and I send our love.

HARTFORD: 1 year old male Pitbull. He is very sweet, young, cute, loving petite boy with ALOT of playful fun energy. He's curious and enjoys his toys. He likes to nap and cuddle. He is good with other dogs and likes kids. Not sure about cats. Seems very gentle and loving. Older kids would for best as he very energetic and might knock little ones down.
Hartford is such a good boy- he listens well and is a quick learner. He is crate/potty trained. He does pull some on his leash when walking, but otherwise walks well. Limited background information, but so far he is such a love bug that is patient, friendly, really sweet and gets along with everyone.
Hartford's backstory:
Was found as a stray, probably dumped and abandoned. Brought to the high kill shelter to be put down just to free up space for other dogs.

2- 10/11 week old female Pit Mixes
Buttercup & Bubbles are all so sweet and loving. They are still learning the ropes in life. These 2 were set to be killed at a high shelter, but saved in the nick of time. They are grateful, happy and super playful. They will need direction, guidance, some patience and in return you will get unlimited conditional love and puppy smooches. Young puppies needing their best friend and furever homes🧡

Cesar is such good boy and playing with his toy STILL waiting patiently for his home!🙏
CESAR: approx.6 month old male Lab Mix He is very shy and nervous at first, but will warm up. He is super sweet and loving. He enjoys walks, he loves to play with his toys and other dogs. Cesar would do best with another dog in household to play with, help build his confidence & to learn from. He listens well & is a quick learner.
Cesar can be timid and will need time to open up, but don't get discouraged because he is such a sweet lover💕 He just ENJOYS playing with his foster sibling- they play very well together and play all the time! He adores and also likes to play with kiddos- he is gentle. Cesar is potty/crate trained. Just a scared loving puppy learning. He will be such a great dog to have and to get snuggles from😍

BOB & BILLY 2- 5 month old male Heinz 57 Mix Breeds. Adorable, spunky and they are shy & scared first, but they do warm up pretty quickly. They both are both super sweet and loving with playful puppy energy. They adore other dogs, cats and kids. Bob loves to be cuddled. Billy is more independent. Both are really smart and not that naughty. They listen to the word no really well.
BILLY & BOB are crate trained and for the most part potty trained. They are learning to walk on a leash. Quick learners. Both are very adorable and are still learning the ropes. They will need patience and alot of love! They are gentle, sweet and super spunky when they warm up. Typical puppies still figuring it out!😍 **not bonded** WILL TO BEST WITH ANOTHER DOG IN HOUSEHOLD‼️
