Our barn is ideal for a retired or semi-retired horse, or non-competitive horse and rider.
We are casual and low key. All disciplines are welcome.

Located just outside of Sarsfield, 15 mins from Orleans and 5 mins from Rockland

⭐️Quality hay
⭐️Grain is fed 2x per day(provided by horse owner)
⭐️Access to water 24/7, heated in winter
⭐️Free choice salt
⭐️Large paddock with shelter
⭐️Small group turnout(3 geldings total)
⭐️Safe and secure fencing

Large, clean and bright barn that stays above freezing in winter and cool in summer.
Heated indoor wash stall and outdoor wash stalls with hot and cold water.
Tack locker for each boarder with extra storage available.
Washroom facilities.

Riding/driving facilities include:
- ½ mile racetrack
- 70x175 fenced grass ring with jumps
- 100x200 grass ring
- sand area for lunging
- cross country field with a couple of jumps
- short trails to hack on property

Barn and facilities are well maintained and are constantly being upgraded. I have lots of plans for the future!

Wifi, washing machine and towel service in barn for boarders use.
Trailer parking available.
