Working for long hours at desk with hardly any movement of arms and spine leads lots of complications. Among which shoulder stiffness is a major concern.

Stiffness in shoulders limits us from doing many activities in our daily life and also we will be prone to injuries in neck, shoulders and arms.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here I’m showing how to work on shoulder flexibility by using a strap. You can replace strap with cloth or stick.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
All 4 variations will help to reduce the stiffness in shoulders and increases the flexibility in upper spine. And this can be done before your practice to increase the range of motion of shoulder joints.

Are they positive affirmations, regardless of the outcome? The more you speak positively and compassionately to yourself, the more your brain lays down neural pathways for you to succeed. When you couple this with slow, deep breaths, you tell your central nervous system that it is safe and it can open more quickly and recover faster. Regardless of whether you achieve your “goal” or not in that instance, be kind to yourself, because you WILL do the “thing” that you wanted to do eventually. Eventually the “thing” won’t matter as much as the journey along the way 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Tag a friend to inspire them or save this for inspiration when you need a gentle reminder!
