Sadly, death is a part of raising birds. A few days ago, a predator came and killed 4 of our chickens and 6 of our guineas, including Bernardo and Cordelia. Bernardo was the alpha of the flock and such a quirky bird to watch. His mate, Cordelia, was the first coral blue guinea I bred and was very special to me because of that. Our flock is still recovering from these devastating losses but I am very thankful that some of our birds survived ❤️
