You guys this dog has been running loose for a week. It came here from Prescott Valley all the way to Prescott . The owner works in Phoenix and has family trying to help. I spent 5 hrs yesterday trying to coax her, worried to death with it being in the snow and temperatures of 11° I caught her. She is safe at humane with a blanket food and vet care … three year-old female , I sure wish the best for her..
Gosh.. he is just a good guy. Chief with his comfort blanket.. Suki walks in half way through the video. Two dogs I think I have the heartache of carrying the rest of their days. I don’t understand how people can hurt them and fail them. I have some friends who love their pets unconditionally and the pets go to soon. Then animals like Chief and Suki who are lovely are abandoned long before their expiration date. I can’t help more at this time as I find my cup full and doing what I can to keep the ones I have here safe and comfortable..
Chief
The best guy. Still looking for his for ever family. He is a great guy.
Two of our rescues and Valor . Suki you can see at the end of the video is a forever rescue, she landed here for ever, came to us with a massive open wound across her back and teeth you could smell 20 feet away, she was scheduled to be destroyed 3 years ago now.. Suki is kind of naughty and will panic and bite if you try to pick her up, or touch her wrong, or trim her nails, or if she thinks she is in trouble. She apologies pretty quickly.
Chief well he is a different story… Velcro dog, you can do just about anything to him and he could fit in and thrive. He is a happy go lucky guy, he will need a dental, hoping his new family may take that on as I don’t ask for any adoption fees.. Happy dogs take a bit of time to decompress, Chief sure came back to life quickly, a huge thank you to Sandy and Pawz N Clawz for the support of a healthy diet. It starts from the inside. I don’t think a healthy pack environment hurts either. Rescues like him and the joy he has for life make my heart swell with so much emotion .
Chief and Valor
Man I don’t get how this dog wasn’t looked for by his family. He has one stand out yucky thing and that is that he grumbles when things go near his food bowl, he doesn’t react just grumbles.
Chief.. he is precious..
He wants to take a nap flat out.. but valor wants to play and he is kinda worried about me leaving him as I have a few times while I am picking things up around the house. Just a cool dog . He is very tender, loving..
Chief 2024
Ohh gosh folks , how does one not cry when and old soul comes to you needing love. Chief is a cuddler, he is so sweet and just wanted to stand at my feet and lean on me for pets he smiles and squints and is absolutely just the sweetest guy with a big happy tongue. He is a kind dog, kids, sheep, goats, chickens. He couldn’t care about other dogs he just wants to hang and be a good guy, I am baffled as to why or how he could have ended up with out his family. He is low drive, an honest pet malinois, our heart aches and want to keep him but we cannot. He is a larger boy Nyla size. We drove home and he sat with his head between Nates arm and mine. We aren’t good enough for these beings to be at our mercy. Folks I have a great home lined up possibly early September. Wish him luck..
if you are feeling like you want to help I will take donations for extras at the moment. We have placed 3 dogs in the month. One being to my father but lots goes on that I don’t post. Anything helps..
This doesn’t happen very often, but I just got the most beautiful under a year-old black lab female. She’s only about 50 pounds but absolutely stunning. She will come home after spay and will be looking for a home.
