Sarah Kalinda's Cocker Spaniels Hello I am Sarah. I live in Rangiora, New Zealand. I am a partially disabled Cocker Spaniel breeder.

I have two very healthy breeding girls which are not just mammas, but my own babies/pets who live inside my house as family members.

UPDATE: She has found a home 😊

I have a 2-year-old girl, Bella, in need of a loving home. She was supposed to be a breeding girl but she had become reactive towards other dogs and I have decided to retire her.

She is a very affectionate, sweet girl who loves cuddles. She is normally well-behaved and knows the standard commands.

Her family is very upset to see her go but she has started fighting with their other dog and has to do what's best for them.

Her new family can not have any other dogs. She is okay with cats. I have 4 cats at mine and she gets on fine with them.

Photos are of Bella and the other family dog, Daisy. Bella is a gorgeous dark gold with a silky, fairly low maintenance coat.

Cuddle time with tonight's pup. I try to give them one-on-one cuddle and kisses and nap time every night for a wee while.

This little boy is black and white. Hardly any roan. His patterns are so cute and has a pretty chill nature.

All his claws are white too, which I'm sure his new parent/s will appreciate when clipping them.

It's always so interesting seeing their patterns slowly reveal themselves as they grow!! 🥰

Raven has just started labour! It's going to be a long night! This is her first time so hopefully things will go well. Will keep this post updated 😊

Update #1 we have a black/blue roan little boy and a full chocolate little girl! Both were quite chunky, poor Raven! She's now fussing over them and having a wee break.

Update #2 we have another black/blue roan, solid black, and choc roan boys. Last one was at 3am! She did really good and isn't too tired despite the hard night.

Today I got bathed with shampoo, conditioner and a coat hair mask. First time experiencing pet dryer, which was very scary! Then some coat serum, a light brush, claws clipped and paw and nose balm. All pampered and now snuggled into mummy in a soft swaddle for a nap. 🥰🥰 I'm still yet to find my furever home, but life's pretty good so far!

I'm looking for a forever home for my new breeding girl. She is 10 weeks old and is the pick of the litter. Beautiful temperament. Cuddly and adventurous. Beautiful colouring.

This will include:

No upfront cost to adopt

Free kenneling at my place when you are away.

Ongoing support and visits to see how you and pup are doing.

Possible extra support for extra food needed during pregnancy.

Opportunity to ethically experience puppies etc (great for children). She will stay at mine for mating, childbirth and raising pups. So you won't have to worry about the breeding aspect.

You will need to:

Provide a loving home environment

Communicate well

Let me know when she is on heat and be available for me to pick up or drop her off when needed for breeding purposes.

Keep up to date with vaccines etc

Be responsible for making sure she is never mated with accidentally.

Still have 4 pups left!!

This is Avas 1st litter. She is a wonderful, loving mother and makes beautiful, sweet puppies. My girls live with me and are my fur babies. So, are very well loved. The stud dog (father) is called Lockie and is a sweet natured boy.

Black girl #1 *pink collar*
- she is boisterous and brave. Very smart and keen to try new things and go on new adventures.
Ideal family: busy with at least primary age kids or couple/single that can spend lots of time with her. Ideally big backyard.

Black girl #2 *blue collar *
- she is brave and smart. Can be boisterous or cuddly.
Ideal family: would fit any family.

Black girl #3 *grey collar*
-she is the most gentle and snuggly. Very sweet nature. Is a bit cautious of new things.
Ideal family: would suit a quiet family/single or a family with very young kids. She is the best with little ones. Very gentle and curious.

Black girl #4 *Orange collar*
- she is brave and bubbly but also very gentle and snuggly. Very sweet nature.
Ideal family: would suit any family. She is especially good with little kids. Very gentle and curious.

Parents are DNA tested to prevent inherited diseases and come from healthy purebred lines. I've been breeding for about 4 years now and have learnt how to breed healthy and well-bred lines from a mentor experienced in breeding cocker spaniels. Pups are raised in our home with other dogs and cats and are well socialised.

Pups are available to go to their new home now and will come with a vet book, 2nd vaccinations and vet check-up, a pup goody bag and a soft blanket with their mum's scent. Pups will also be up to date with worming and flea treatments.

It's a really hot day today, so I thought I would give them a frozen snack. I gave them some freezer burnt peas and berries I didn't want. As well as some over ripe avocado and old bread. They don't mind. They're loving it!!

Hi all.

I'm feeling really grateful for all of you. My cocker spaniel family. I'm so grateful I get to do this job. As many of you know, I struggle with chronic illnesses and pain, so I appreciate the patience when I'm slow to get back to you due to health etc. Sometimes, this is the only reason I get out of bed.

It's a bit chaotic at our house at the moment! Both Ava and Libby have given birth (a few days apart). Both have had 7 pups each! That's a total of 14 pups!! Both mums and pups are doing well. I will take more photos etc soon. I'm just a bit exhausted from lack of sleep!
