**Position: Experienced Dog Groomer**
**Location:** Angel’s Touch Pet Spa – 2116 Broadway Avenue South, Rochester, MN
**Job Type:** Full-Time or Part-Time

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and passionate **Experienced Dog Groomer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for animals, strong grooming skills across a variety of breeds and coat types, and a commitment to creating a low-stress, pet-centered grooming experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform full-service grooming including bath, blow dry, brush-out, haircuts per breed standard or client request, nail trimming and buffing, ear cleaning, and sanitary trims
* Provide one-on-one care and attention to each pet throughout the grooming process
* Evaluate pets’ coat, skin, and temperament to select appropriate grooming techniques and products
* Ensure pets are handled with patience, kindness, and professionalism at all times
* Maintain a clean and sanitary grooming area
* Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding grooming services, recommendations, and any health or behavior concerns observed
* Keep accurate records of grooming services and pet profiles
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum 2 years of professional dog grooming experience
* Proficient in grooming all dog breeds and coat types
* Knowledge of breed-specific cuts and current grooming trends
* Gentle and confident animal handling skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Certification from a grooming school or association is a plus
