Moving forward all new clients will have to pay for first appointment at time of booking. People are awful.

Below are my policy and add ons I send to all new clients.
Pricing starts at $_______ for …..
- [x] The only additional fees would be handling or dematting which is $15 if the pet is severely matted or difficult for grooming ( snippy , pulling for nails and legs, fussy for face/brushing out). Difficult doesn’t always mean aggressive.

- [x] If you wanted to add any upgraded packages they start at $15 for the works which is upgraded shampoo and conditioner,teeth and nail grinding.
- [x] The deshedding treatment is $25 extra and includes furminator shampoo and conditioner along with extensive brushing and combing.

- [x] Individual add ons are $5 each any of the following: nail grinding, teeth, a**l glands, upgraded shampoo to oatmeal, upgraded conditioner.

- [x] At this time, I accept cash and credit/debit only at a 5% fee for all card transactions. There is also 6% sales tax added to all quotes. Quotes don’t include sales tax.

- [x] We require a 30 minute window around your appointment and have a cancellation policy and require 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid cancellation fees up to 100% after confirmation. 50% without confirmation.

This is going to be the hardest month. Wednesday I’ll be losing 2 of my best friends. We will be having a vet come to house so they can do it on the deck which is their favorite place to be. These 2 old pups have been struggling so we’ve made the very hard decision to have them go together since they are so bonded. They will be spoiled rotten until then! How peaceful to go with your best friend at your favorite place 💔💙

Also thank you to my amazing flexible clients. Been back on my feet 1 year since my unfortunate accident totaling my trailer and vehicle. Also coming up on 1 year since I donated my kidney. What a life?! Blessed everyday🙏
