🤩We have some wonderful news!!! First and most important, our Georgie Girl moved into her forever companion home today!! 🤩 I can’t thank you all enough for your shares and support! 🩷🩷
Thank you so very much to her adopter for stepping up, taking her in and offering her a wonderful, safe home for the remainder of her years. 🩵🐴
A big thank you to our foster for caring for her until she found a home. ❤️❤️
We also closed out our fundraiser today for her vet bills. You guys are all awesome!!🥰🥰

If anyone can spare even a few bucks to help offset the cost of her vet visits it would be greatly appreciated. 🙏🏼 She saw the vet last week, and has another visit tomorrow. 🤩💖 We are so thrilled to announce that we have several adoption applications in for Georgie Girl!!! We will be reviewing the applications to determine which home is the best fit. She also is seeing the vet on Friday for a further evaluation. We will be posting a fundraiser link to help with the cost of her veterinary bills if you would consider donating, it would be a big help. Thank you all in advance for sharing her post! “Hi, I am Georgie Girl, and am hoping to find my forever home. I am 19/almost 20 years young, a beautiful paint mare, but have been through a lot! Sadly, eight years ago, my owner died suddenly and a friend helped to find me a new home. I was with my mom there, and it was nice, but then she died too, and now my back bothers me when people try to ride (if you are older, you know what I mean!). So sadly, I have to move, again. I don’t always understand people but I do like them, I try, and would love a home with other horses, because I get along with everyone. I am told that I am quite pretty, with my tri color mane, super sweet and I am tall! I hope to have many more years of enjoying life, with some help. 🩵 Georgie girl is in need of a permanent home. She is a companion horse. She is currently located in Dover Plains, NY. Potential adopter must be within 4 hours of zip code 11949. This girl needs a permanent lifelong home. She is sweet, gets along with other horses, is barefoot, up to date on all. She is around 16+ hands, is 19 going to be 20 soon. I hope that someone can open their heart and home to her for the rest of her life. We have reached out to several sanctuaries and are waiting to hear back but I know most are overloaded. 18 in January 14.3 stocky retired barrel horse looking for his forever home. Needs attention kinda guy..loves to be bathed groomed and ridden lightly. Due to navicular he can only walk trot to keep sound. Loves trail rides. Maintenance required. Good on the ground and loves kids. Prefer he stay on or close to Long Island, NY. 🐴
