Hello,
We are writing to inform the ECSCA of an unfortunate circumstance. We are the videographers for your 2024 National Specialty Show. To refresh your memory, our company provides video services "on-spec" or at NO CHARGE to the ECSCA. In our business model, we rely on sales of videos and Live Streaming video as income to offset our expenses for filming your show. Small and moderate size clubs who would otherwise not have the resources to hire a video company at standard rates to perform such services benefit from this model.
In our prior experiences with your club (over 10 yrs - dating back to 2012) we reliably book 20 - 25 orders for show videos and a number of streaming video tickets at the show. This year our videographer collected 6 (SIX) orders - yikes! The revenues generated thus far DO NOT cover our expenses to provide a contracted videographer, travel expenses, etc. We are taking a LOSS.
