Wishing a Happy Father's Day to all the great Dad's out there! Our first 2 clutches of the season are all hatched out, and got rinsed off yesterday and waiting on first sheds now. We have some beautiful babies out of these and will likely have a couple holdbacks but the rest will fly the coop after some meals. Hope everyone has a great week ahead!
There are ups and downs in working with animals. These two photos represent both. I was very excited on Sunday morning to see that our massive Fire female Cinder had laid her clutch. She is a huge girl around 4500g and we were expecting a very nice clutch from her. Unfortunately of the 14 eggs, yes 14! that she laid, 9 of them were slugs and 1 that looked ok initially candled with no veins or embryo. The other 4 eggs are good but very small compared to the eggs this girl has laid in the past, likely the result of so many follicles developing. We suspect that because the male she bred with was a young first time breeder that he wasn't as virulent. However, coming off that low, on Monday morning our Spotnose girl Dottie gave us a beautiful 7 egg clutch. That she could barely wrap herself around. Great things are happening this year for us and even though those bad eggs were a small roadbump it will not slow us down. One more clutch to come this week and then the early clutches from the year will start hatching in about 3 weeks. We've also got a few more pairings lined up and in the works. Hoping to hit 100 🥚 this year 🙏.
We were over the 🌙 to find this amazing 🎁 last night from our girl Voodoo. She is the pride of our collection and the retic that started it all. I got her in 2017 from and knew then that I was in love but had no idea how much more that love would grow as she did. All 27 pearly whites are perfect and mama is resting and recovering.

Who wore it better? Both of these girls were inverted last night and are due to lay the first week of June and if these early inverts are any sign, they are both going to be big clutches.

I forgot to take pics yesterday as I pulled clutch #4 which is the first clutch this year for our Houdini project, but I did snag these pairing pics. The recent succession of storms through our area is working its magic on some of our more reluctant breeders!
2023 is on 🔥 3rd clutch into the incubator today and it was a big one at a final count of 10. This time from a Pastel Enchi Champagne Spotnose x Lemonblast.
That being said we are filling the incubator quickly and have 4 more clutches to drop over the next month. Head over to MorphMarket and help us make room. We've got some freeloaders from the end of 2021 and 2022 still hanging about that are finally ready to fly the coop.
Two clutches in one day! Our second import dropped her first clutch today and she is absolutely spent. Bless this girl she put everything into these eggs.

This is a sight that I'll never get tired of. This girl belongs to and we are super excited to see just how big of a clutch she lays this year.
This little girl marks the first addition to our retic collection in a couple years, and may I say the potential is absolutely insane here.
Our MorphMarket page has been updated with a couple hold back releases and a few little guys who were slow to pick up on how the food game works! We've got females building follicles and figured it was finally time to let these guys look around.
February is the month of love here at TT&C. Hoping for some lovely little spotnose pin stripe combos from this pair.

When this little guy is one of my favorite males and breeding with my largest female who comes in right under 4000g.
Last clutch of 2022 is all out of the egg. We hit 3 clown combos and are over the🌙. In addition to those babies we've got things heating up for the 2023 season with multiple locks happening including these two:
Lemonblast+ X Bumblebee - this male is out of the first pairing I did with our boy Houdini and finally he has decided it's his time to shine.
Fire Pewter Clown X Import #2 - this is the second of our import females to finally be up to size to breed. This will be a nice little clutch.
Finally we have one more exciting pairing that I haven't yet been able to catch a lock on, which is our GHI Mojave x Pastel Mojave Enchi YB and our GHI Mojave threw some crazy babies last year. Hoping to see some more intense babies from him this coming year.
When a late night check in the incubator shows not 1 but 2 early pips 👀 today was day 49 and these two have already decided they are done with quarantine.

For anyone looking at those cute reticulated pythons babies. Here is a 5 year comparison of my baby girl Voodoo. She will be 6 on Christmas day and is currently about 16 foot and weighing right around 80 pounds. She is a gentle giant and loves her bunny rabbits 🐇 💕 😋
We've not been very active on social media but we are still here! Life has been busy and full of turns lately but things are still moving along. Only the 2nd clutch of the year but likely also the last. Seven beautiful pearly whites from a first time mama.

Hey all! We have neen slacking a bit on social media updates while preparing and then recovering from Robert's second knee surgery this year. Thankfully everything went great and he is feeling incredibly good now. We haven't slacked off in other places though and have some nice pairings currently happening, and one lovely lady looking super thick!

Upgraded Big Mama Voodoo's water bowl today, hopefully this stops the dumping of it. Otherwise it will just contribute to her goal of an in-home swimming pool.
