This time she harvested one of the biggest beets at our farm! She loves beets and decided to make beet juice!! We are so amazed of how this girl sees food now. The more she learns about junk food and the impact unhealthy food has on her body and mind the more she loves to eat healthy. One good thing about her, is that she loves to try new things. She’s not afraid to just go for it! This time she chose a mix of veggies and herbs to create a delicious drink.

What a beautiful weekend!!
For years, we have followed the work of the great Stephen Ritz “Americas Favorite Teacher”. His relentless pursuits to empower those the masses left for forgotten has inspired thousands. When we received word that he was coming to San Antonio, we were excited.
We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ritz, and the hype is real. Though he was tired, he spent over an hour with us. Let me tell you, his energy, commitment, and fortitude are contagious. He has innovated in areas that Allpa Mama began just a few years ago. To see the impacts that he has made on others gives us hope for the future.
