This dog requires the attention of its owner and can be most likely found by the owner's side. They are energetic and require exercise such as a good walk. These little dogs are also good at performance activities such as agility. They do "talk back" and howl, but are not excessive barkers.

Fun Facts About The Dandie Dinmont Terrier: Thid small tertrier is good-natured and is a pleasant addition for any family. However, the Dandie does not like to be left alone so another companion (dog) would be a gredat idea. Daily grooming is required to keep the Dandie looking tidy. Stripping or clipping required several times a year to keep the breed's characteristic appearance.

Wet your pet with cool water, but not cold water since rapid cooling can be dangerous.
Place your pet in front of a fan to dry off. ...
As your pet continues to cool give them cool (not cold or ice) water to drink.
Always take water,cool packs and wet towels when going for walks.

National Hot Dog Day was strted in Alfred, New . It was first organized 1972 by Alfred University students Mark O'Meara and Eric "Rick" Vaughn. Hot Dog Day was started as away for students to give back to the cummunity. Their hot dog and a drink were sold for $0.25.
