Did you spot what’s wrong with this advert?

❌ Being TOLD you are self-employed is a red flag! 🚩

This advert sets the hours as FULL TIME, you can’t be a freelance groom working full time for an EMPLOYER who dictates your hours and pay. This is 'false self-employment'.
