🐾 Why is your cat scratching?
Find out on episode 041 of 🐱✨ 🔍
Here are some fascinating facts we cover:
1️⃣ Scratching is a natural, species-specific behavior for cats. Even declawed cats will still try to scratch due to their instinctual drive.

3️⃣ There are humane and effective alternatives to declawing!
From nail caps to providing a variety of scratching posts, we discuss several methods to keep both your furniture and your feline happy.

🎙️ Join Dr. Lancellotti and Dr. Stair as they dive deep into how to manage and redirect your cat's scratching behavior, ensuring a happier home for both you and your furry friend.

During a solar eclipse, you may want your pets to enjoy the experience with you. If they are not used to crowds and excitement, it is best to leave them home. They should always have proper identification including a collar with tags and up to date microchip.

Pets are sensitive to our behavior, including anxiety and stress, so keeping a normal routine will help keep them calm. Simply provide a familiar environment to allow pets to feel secure during this unique event.

Your pet is not interested in looking at the sun, so no special glasses are required to protect their eyes. Some pets may get stressed if you try to put glasses on their faces, so best to keep the glasses on people enjoying the eclipse.

Where are you enjoying the eclipse from? Comment below!
