Thank you so much to @ruck9srq for doing the work you do and sending Merry’s foster parents this cart🩷 Go check them out!!

Day 2 of Physical Therapy💪🏼
Merry’s progress has been nothing short of incredible. In just two visits we are seeing her begin to build her motor skills!! We left in awe of such progress in a short amount of time.
Please consider sending a few dollars towards her fundraiser! We do not want to slow down her progress due to of funds. Remember that every dollar counts🤍
Thank you to those who have already made a contribution towards Merry’s journey🫶🏼 your generosity does not go unnoticed🥰
WOW 🤩 We had an amazing first day at Canine Rehabilitation in Nashville, TN!!
Merry went in for an assessment and we left feeling so impressed and hopeful. With neurological injuries, it’s hard to say how much she will be able to rehabilitate but we’re in high spirits and Merry is extremely strong willed💪🏼
Merry has a long road ahead of her so if you’d like to contribute to make sure she gets all the care necessary for her recovery visit our website www.roscoerescues.org to learn the different ways you can support!

In the beginning of April, Merry had an accident at the dog park. While visiting to burn off some energy, Merry was prancing around like she does when a large dog, playing fetch with its owner, accidentally trampled little Merry when going after his ball. This was an innocent move, but Merry was severely injured. Her hind legs were paralyzed on impact. She was rushed to the emergency room to get x-rays done, which showed no spinal fractures (phew).
Since then, she has been home with her foster parents: RR cofounder Jaimie and partner CJ, showing bits of progress every day.
Sadly, a visit to the Neurologist told us that it is unlikely that Merry will regain full mobility or sensation in her hind legs BUT she is a candidate for canine rehabilitation to regain a reflexive movement called SPINAL WALKING. This is when a dog’s reflexes are still able to bear weight and move in a marching motion. She starts rehab next week!
Merry is young and motivated with an unwavering joy for life. We are confident that she will be back on her feet.
As you may have guessed, Merry’s medical bills have begun to add up. We are raising funds to ensure that she will get the best care possible so that she can achieve her fullest potential in her rehabilitation.
