Message from Owner: Please help find Zara. This is my brother’s girl. She got loose while out in the yard with a friend. My brother has been out for over 3 hours driving around, calling her and whistling for her. He even drove downtown thinking she may have gone that way. He is currently out with his other pup hoping for a scent. He is devastated. Mark is a great dog Dad and love his girl.

Come out and support some local businesses tomorrow 9 until 4 at Bingham Park, Main Street in Hawley, PA. So many vendors you can visit to see their handmade crafts! We will be there with many bandanas and bows to chose from. Can’t wait to see what everyone else has! See you there!!

Billy came in as a stray nearly three years ago, yet no one ever came forward to claim him.

Since then, he's become a cherished member of our shelter family. While his spirits have remained high, our staff has recently noticed a shift in his demeanor.

Billy seems to be losing hope, but we are not.

Billy is arguably one of the most over looked dogs we have at our shelter. He often goes unnoticed among the fifty-plus dogs in our care and due to having to constantly share all the attention, he’s not fond of other animals.

He’d prefer to be the only pet in a home and who could blame him?!

He is still so full of life and energy, we hate to see Billy's vibrant spirit dimming. We truly believe there is still hope.

Yesterday, he got a reminder of what his life could be (hopefully soon). He went on a trip to the state park and his flame lit up. He was a puppy all over again.
He knows his basic obedience commands and is fully housebroken. He may need some additional guidance with leash manners, his enthusiasm and strength shines through.

The dedicated and remarkable trainer Sit Happens K-9 Academy LLC
has offered free training sessions to whoever opens their home to our sweet boy.

With guidance, Billy's flame will surely burn brighter than ever before.

Hello friends, just putting this out there to see if there is an interest than just a few. I want to take a poll as to who would be interested in bandanas for MARTINGALE dog collars. Right now they are through-the-collar. I have made some for people on request, but if more are interested I would stock some. Please comment below or email me. There would be an extra $3 charge. It would be a velcro closure over the collar. 🐶🐶
