Lower Busay Hiking @ Transcentral Highway Cebu City

You can hike here. We started the hike at 5:30am and arrived at Gaslamp at 7:30am. Just make sure to finish your hike before 7:30-8am because the sun is up by then. You do not want your dog to overheat. Also make sure to get plenty of rest breaks and water breaks for your furbabies.

Please, please, please make sure your pets are fit enough for this hike. Please, please, please be extremely mindful of your dog's condition while doing the hike to avoid heat stroke. If you notice them having a hard time already, pls stop the hike and ride a jeep back or pa rescue sa friends 😆

Gaslamp District Busay @ Transcentral Highway Cebu City

You can easily find them in google maps. We went there at 7:30am to have breakfast. Gaslamp is also a famous stopover for busay cyclists and hikers. There are various food and drink stalls there. They have a huge parking area with no parking fee! 👍🏻

They are open everyday, 6am-11pm.

The Boundary Café & Restaurant at Barangay Polo, Alcantara, Cebu

The place looks great and welcoming. Very peaceful when we got there. The staff were also really nice and friendly towards us and especially to Pawlo 🙂 They have a designated dining area for customers who have pets. There is also a small road at the back of the restaurant where I took my furbaby to walk a bit and wiwi. You can find the door to the small road just behind the swing.

The food was yummy and affordable. They serve Filipino food. At first we thought we over-ordered and we wouldn't be able to finish it all. But lo and behold, the food was so yummy, we ended up eating it all haha 😄 We tried their fried kangkong, tinolang manok, pork sisig, and calamansi juice. Their plain rice is also unli.

They're open everyday, 10am-10pm. Their parking spots are located in front of the restaurant.

Definitely recommend when you're going on a roadtrip sa Cebu South 👌

Bananas & Dreams @ Wilson St, Lahug, Cebu City (street in front of JY Square Mall)

Their staff were really friendly and accomodating. They were even the ones to tell us that we can let our furbabies Pawlo and Boots off leash! 😄

As for the food, *chef's kiss* ❤️! We tried their kangkong pesto pasta, nachos, and coffee banana cake and all 3 were delicious!!! We'll definitely go back there to try more of their menu. Especially the nachos, I'll def go back there for the nachos 😋 and the banana cakes. I'll have to taste the diff varieties of banana cakes.

They're open Wed-Mon, 11am-9pm. Closed on Tue.
They have parking directly in front of their cafe.

Overall, a very yummy experience for us humans and a very nice laaganan for the furbabies! 👍🏻 Definitely recommend.

Osmeña Peak @ Dalaguete, Cebu

You can search "Osmena Peak Hiking (Trail Head)" in google map to find the starting point. Entrance fee is Php50/head and a guide (Php100) is required per group.

Storytime, fee per guide is P100 but we forgot that we haven't paid yet. So we gave the guide a "tip" of P100. We thought it was our tip to him but we actually did not pay him his fee of P100. So in short, we didn't actually give him a tip!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 We're so sorry kuya Joy To The World!!! 😭😭😭😭 If somebody knows him, maybe I could gcash him the P100 tip + interest nalang. 😭😭😭

Overall, great experience for us. It was only a 15-20 min trek going up. Easy for beginners. We even saw small kids who reached the top. Kuya Joy (guide) was very accomodating and very friendly towards our furbaby Pawlo. He even took this video footage of us. View was also amazing up at the top. I'll post pictures in a while.

Bowlud Coffee House @ Sitio Campo, Carcar City, Cebu

Food and drinks there are quite unique and very delicious. Definitely a must try when you're going on a Cebu South road trip. We will surely go back there everytime we pass by until we finish trying all food from their menu! 😄 This is also the perfect pit stop for buying Carcar delicacies since there's a store beside them selling yummy chicharons, ampaos, etc.

You can locate them easily using google maps. They're just by the road. Keep your eyes peeled for the orange building. They're open Mon-Thu 10am-6pm, Fri-Sun 7am-7pm. Lots of parking directly in front of the cafè.

Il corso

Everbody from Cebu knows where Il Corso is 😀 There are lots of food stalls to choose from. We tried the ramen there and it was delicious!

Paraiso Tropicale - Beach Cabin @ Oslob, Cebu

For every booking, you can have the ENTIRE place for yourself. There's the 2-storey main cabana which can house 4 pax, the 2-storey seaside cabana which can house 6 pax, a kitchen, and a private beach (there's also a 3rd cabana but I dunno how many can stay there. I didn't ask since it was just me, my hubby, and my furbaby).

This place is really private and very peaceful. No neighbors whatsoever. This place is also great for barkada getaways.

Check in is at 2 pm and checkout is at 12 pm. You bring all your food and drinks since there's a kitchen where you can do your cooking. Basic kitchen utensils are already provided as well as a stove, fridge, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, etc. No corkage fees. A paddle board and snorkel gear is also available for rent.

PS: there are 3 resident doggies. DO NOT FEED THEM BONES!

Lucky 9ers @ Ponong, Samboan Cebu

They serve unli chicken + pasta or unli chicken + pizza for only Php199/person, drinks not included.
They're open from 10am to 10pm. Food is definitly worth it for the price.
Parking lots are available outside.

MORTYBAKES @ Carcar, Cebu (along carcar-barili road, in front of Palms Bldg)

If you're going on a roadtrip down south, you should definitely eat here. They're open daily, 10am-8pm. Their food is delicious and soooo worth the price. We even ate there twice! 😁🐕 We tried the lasagna, carbonara, carrot cake, and the cucumber juice on Sunday. Then we tried the hawaiian burger, triple cheese burger⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, chips⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, iced coffee, and mango smoothie on Monday. All are definitely ✨yum✨!

There are parking spots directly in front of the store.

Sugbu Mercado Ayala Cebu Business Park across MSY building, near 2Quad.

They're open Thu-Sun, 4pm-11pm. There are stores with different cuisines: Mexican, Indian, Filipino, and Korean. For dessert, there are churros, cannolis. And for drinks, there is Ali Mango (mango shake store), milk teas, and a juice store. There's also a stall selling items for your furbabies! ☺️ These are all I can remember.

That's it. I think everybody knows Sugbu Mercado already. 😁

Cascades Nature Park @ St Francis Subd., Magay, Compostela, Cebu

They're open from 9 am to 5 pm. As of now, only dogs are allowed. You need a paw pass in order to bring your dog. Getting a paw pass is free. To get a paw pass, pls visit Cascades Nature Park's fb page for the form and the guidelines. Entrance fee for humans is P200/person. There is no fee for the dogs.

Inside the nature park is their Bark Park. It is a 600+m² dog park which is off-leash!! 😄👍 They have 2 adorable resident pooches, Arlo and Levi. Their Bark Park also features an obstacle course, doggy water fountain, and seats for the furparents.

Outside the Bark Park is the nature park which is a "no off-leash" zone. There, you can find a lake with lakeside seating. You can order food from their restaurant which you can have delivered lakeside.

There's also a pool area, but dogs aren't allowed there.

If you want to go running or just do walking exercises with your pets, the area around 2Quad near Ayala Center Cebu is for you. If you search google maps, it's in Sumilon Road / Camiguin Road / Negros Road. There's not much vehicles that go through there. When we are there, we always see other pets there as well.

There are lots of parking spaces around the area. Parking is Php30 for 4 hrs. An attendant approaches you for payment as soon as you park.

Puesto Restaurant @ The Greenery, Pope John Paul Ave., Kasambagan

They're open from 11am to 10:30pm. This is just beside a carwash. So if you ever you need your car washed, you can chill and eat here while waiting. We went there at 1 in the afternoon and it was a bit hot. This is an open space restaurant so there's no aircon. BUT there was a HUGE fan and their lemon-cucumber juice tasted good and was very refreshing. Their food tasted ok too!

Since this is at the Greenery, there's also a huge space where your pets can roam and wiwi/pupu. Just make sure you clean after them.

Charlie’s Cup @ Transcentral Highway, Cebu City

They're open from 9 am to 6:30 pm everyday. Food tasted great. I ❤️ their iced teas. Their churro is also good. Nice view and fresh air. 1 pet is allowed per person. There are a few parking spots in front of the store. If it gets full, you can park at the side of the road. Not to worry, they have people assigned to help with parking. We went there on a Sat at 1 pm. There were lots of people. Definitely recommend going there early to avoid the rush.

Karancho Beach House @ Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City

Pets are only allowed on Thursdays from 8am to 4pm. Thursday is their "Pet Day". Entrance fee is 200/person since we went there on a holiday. I forgot to ask what their rates are for normal days.
We did not rent a cottage since it was only me and my husband. Good thing they allow no renting of cottages for groups with 4 people or less. Not to worry, there are free seats and tables directly in front of the beach.
The beach is clean. There are employees who are constantly roaming around and cleaning.
Fyi, there are also stray dogs around. But the strays didn't really care about our dog. I'm just warning you in case YOUR dog is aggressive towards strays. Please keep your dog on a leash.

Karancho Beach House @ Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City

The Three Bears @ Panagsama, Moalboal

Their chicken strips are to die for! Their grizzly burger is also very delicious. 😋 My friend also said that their jalapeño burger (not in the meñu) is amazing, but she told us AFTER we already ate there. We'll try that one next time.
They also have a resident dog named Molly. A very cute and chubby baby girl. Her food begging skills are 💯! Mura gyud cya ug walay kaon for one year kung maka beg for food. But pls don't feed her because she's on a diet per her owner. 😆
Overall, great food, great experience. Would definitely eat there again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

SM Seaside Cebu and their Pet Park (3rd lvl, Sky Park)

Pets are allowed here. Pets aren't allowed on the elevator, they can only use the stairs/escalator. So make sure your pets are not scared to use the escalator/stairs, because if not, you might have to carry them up or down. SM did not require any docs when we went inside the mall. Just make sure that your pets are on a leash. Also, pls clean up after your pet's wiwi/pupu inside the mall.
Pets aren't allowed in restaurants and in the grocery.

Sunset Beach Resort @ Panagsama, Moalboal (owned by Lourda Fujita)

Our stay here was quiet and peaceful. The place is very clean and the view is beautiful (especially the sunset). Aside from having a pool, this is also beachfront. Pawlo was very welcome there. They also have 2 very adorable resident dogs named Foxy and Putita.

Our stay here was quiet and peaceful. The place is very clean and the view is beautiful (especially the sunset). Aside from having a pool, this is also beachfront. Pawlo was very welcome there. They also have 2 very adorable resident dogs named Foxy and Putita.
