I hope everything is going well and my noodle friends are doing good. I haven’t forgot about you, the opposite in fact…

We may be back in the house as early as February but that remains to be seen.

Not much to update you on but don’t want anyone thinking I forgot about my friends (and the people taking care of them 😜)

We are about a week away from moving again. This time, into an apartment near the bypass in Mishawaka. Closer to home and the kids school, this will be our home until construction can be finished up.

At this point, we still don’t know how long we will be there but it’s looking like 3-6 months. 😕

Still not sure of the logistics of moving again but could use some help If anyone is interested, Monday, November 1

Hey friends!

Not much info on the home front yet but it’s going to be a while from what I’m given to understand. 😕
Anyway, despite not keeping animals and therefore needing supplies myself, I was thinking about attending the Tinley expo next weekend and picking up some stuff (if not just to feel normal again) that you might need.

I know I need some gecko food and feeding cups for Shea. Everyone but laura was provided feeders but we have an understanding.
I’m sure you could all use substrate and the like so if you need me to pick up something, PLEASE let me know! I still want to help!

I’m officially homeless.
I keep telling myself that it will get better but I think I’m going to be waiting a while.

Since Friday, I have spent nearly every waking hour packing almost all of my belongings and moving them out with no warning. Every day has been a struggle. I haven’t showered, brushed my teeth, or used deodorant. I am tired and disgusting.

Lucky for me, I have the most AMAZING group of friends that came through for me in almost every conceivable way from taking on large amounts of animals and equipment to helping with the heavy lifting and providing my family and friends with pizza and beer while we packed.

We did a LOT in the last few days together so if you are reading this, please know that I only hope that once this is all over, I have the chance to repay your kindness.

I love all of you for your messages of support and your willingness to help a person that couldn’t do it without you.
