First set of Rat-tastically Flawed Hammocks that I made during the first day of learning 😊
At the beginning of this year I decided to learn how to sew so I could make my own rats some hammocks. They are rambunctious little babies that love to chew so I was going through store bought hammocks very quickly. I figured this would be a fun and more affordable way to make sure my rats always have a large supply of hammocks.
Well turns out I enjoy making these so much that in my first week of learning how to sew, I already made over 30 hammocks. Now my rats chew fast, but I don’t think they will keep up with my rate, so here we are with this wonderful new page: Rat-tastically Flawed Hammocks.
Like I said, I just learned to sew, so these hammocks are in no means perfect. There are uneven sewing lines, mismatched thread used, uneven shapes, maybe some lumps and bumps here and there, and even some sewn on the wrong side. The great thing about rats is, as long as it’s comfortable then they are happy. They don’t care about the perfect shape or matching colors, they just want to sleep in, p**p on, and chew them up. So here are my creations for your rats and other small animals to enjoy hopefully just as much as mine have already. Help me continue to afford this hobby by purchasing some of my Rat-tastically Flawed Hammocks. ♥️🐀♥️
