Our is Lux. There is no adoption fee for Pet of the Week to approved homes.

Lux is a 12 lb Chihuahua mix and 2 years old, looking for his forever home. He is sweet, playful and full of energy. He loves squeaky toys and snuggling with his humans.

Lux is housebroken, great on leash, gets along with other dogs and is respectful of dog-saavy cats. He needs to wear a wrist brace on his front paw due to a brachial plexus injury, but it doesn't slow him down. His favourite thing is finding a patch of sun to lounge in.

Shelter Staff Aged Me At: 6 YEARS

Rescue Memo 12/02/2024 - He was rather scared when he came to the shelter, and even though he has a microchip no owner came to reclaim him. He's warming up and is much calmer, although he has a little limp in his back end
