Im constantly asked by my team of doctors why this recovery is so important to me… And its because I refuse to let my fears win. I refuse to give up on something that I love. I refuse to give up on my big goal. And I refuse to hate myself for not giving it everything that I have.

✨THIS✨
As part of my recovery I have to do a lot of work to be able to get back in the saddle safely…
This includes working on, balance, core strength & stability, co-ordination and anything else a rider needs to do to be able to ride adequately & safely.
One month ago, getting on the ball was an extreme sport in itself and included A LOT of falling off.
BUT a month of hard work, a lot of crying & persistence and this is how far I’ve come.
I’m so excited to share this news with my physio & neuro psych on Monday & hopefully 🤞🏼 get a date on when I can start riding again! 🫶🏼
I have to thank @relentless_gym_melton for helping me in this process and structuring my workouts around my main goal. Jake has COMPLETELY understood my number one goal and every workout gives me more confidence to get back in the saddle with confidence knowing my body is stronger than before. 🙏🏼

What a year it has been!
First I want to say a MASSIVE THANKYOU to everyone who has supported Bree’z Boutique Equine this year.🥰
I started this little community while going through the midst of recovering from a pretty bad brain injury due to a track riding fall and I have been beyond grateful for everyone who has helped me along this journey. ❤️
First of all, I want to say a big thank you to my horses. They have been a huge part of this journey and they are the most patient, kind and giving animals. From throwing children to elder students on them they have been absolutely incredible and allow us to do so much with them.
They are my greatest blessing.🦄❤️
I also want to thank Equine Success Matters, mum you’re truly incredible and without the amazing facilities that you provide and allow me to use, this little side hustle wouldn’t be as successful as it is.
You provide not only me but everyone who shares this beautiful community we have here, with so much knowledge and inspiration, you really are a superhero. 🦸🏼♀️🦸🏼♀️
Lastly, my dear clients…
To those of you who have been around from day one, to those who have come and gone yet still keep in touch and to those who have allowed me to work with their horses and trusted me and my process to help both horse and rider achieve goals you have set for yourselves.
I am truly blessed with the most amazing clients and those of you who have become part of my cheer squad, I am thankful, I am grateful, and I am so so proud of each and every one of you. Keep being amazing. ❤️
Here’s to another year filled with great horses, big dreams and goals and amazing clients !!🥳🦄
