We took a trip to the vet (yes, all ten of them!)!

They are healthy pups who are now also:

Microchipped ✅
Vaccinated ✅
Dewormed ✅ (tomorrow 🤣)

All but TWO pups are spoken for! We will know which two pups (and what genders) need homes by this weekend.

An FYI! 🧐⬇️

Our pups are bred to be driven, healthy, well-tempered dogs.

There are two different kinds of German Shepherds (GSD). Working line GSDs (police, military, sport) are bred for physical ability and endurance, while show line GSDs are bred for conformation to breed standards and appearance.

Our pups are *working-line* GSDs! And we are fortunate that we have plenty of shaded space to beat the heat! ☀️

Happy FIFTH WEEK birthday to these pups! 🥳

Today they got to feel the grass between their toes and they LOVED it!

Needless to say they tired themselves out quite quickly. 😴

That means they are slowly weening off their fur mother and spending more time being fed by their human mother and kennel manager, Edith.

Check them out!! 👀 These pups from our previous litters have been ROCKING it in the Schutzhund world! 🤩

Check out each picture’s caption for their achievements (so far)! And they’re only just beginning!!

What is Schutzhund? 🧐👇

This dog sport encompasses three main components:

➡️ tracking
➡️ obedience
➡️ protection

Developed in Germany, the sport was created to evaluate and develop the working abilities of German Shepherds (although now other breeds are also welcome!).

Edith, our kennel manager, has been hard at work since day ☝️!

She does multiple daily check-ins including changing their bedding and weighing each pup to ensure they’re gaining weight!

Edith noticed today that almost all of our pups’ eyes are opening! 👀

Our pups are well-loved and well-handled.
