Just a little incentive to enter the halter classes! The top 2 placings for the halter geldings, halter mares, and halter pony classes each get to compete in high point halter, free of charge! The winner of high point halter gets to go home with this beautiful beaded rope halter made by JS-D Beading Beyond .
Time flies with show planning. Please see below the link for the Western entry form! Entries are due September 22. Late entries will be accepted until September 25 with a $20 late fee. Stabling is first come first served. Please message Megan Arnott or the show page to confirm stabling. Stall fee of $40 to be paid in advance, additional $10 cleaning fee to be refunded when stall is stripped at end of show.

We are once again so honored to have Cathy McGuire sponsoring the Kelti Burnett Hunter Classic. This class means the world to us, and we thank Cathy so much for allowing us to host it each year. This class consists of 2 rounds at both 2' and 2'6", with the top 12 placings from the first round going on to compete in the second. We're happy to announce that a volunteer group of students and parents from Woodstock High School will be returning this year for all 3 show days to run a fundraising BBQ! Last year this was a huge success as they offered breakfast, hot dogs, hamburgers, drinks and snack items. All proceeds of the BBQ will help fund school trips and clubs which will be identified at the show! 🍔🌭🍳 We are happy to collaborate with the school so we can offer specators and competitors food onsite, while also supporting a great group of kids in their activities! 👌🏻

A couple of points to note:
- lead line will be offered at both weekends
- separate admin fees for each weekend
- green horse and novice offered each weekend buy both western and English entries are welcome for both
-limited stabling is available both weekends onsite, a deposit required to hold the stall.
-if onsite stabling is filled, there is availability less than 10 mins away at the Connell Park Race Track
VACCINES REQUIRED: EEE/WEE/flu-rhino/tetanus/rabies and strangles proof to be submitted with entries
INSURANCE: proof of NBEA or equivalent provincial insurance to be submitted with entries
