Good morning friends of the Carleton County Classic! As riders start setting their goals for the year, we wanted to announce our show date for 2025 - September 27-28! Due to the rising costs of running a show, we have decided to go back to a one weekend show. This will mean making some small changes to the class line up, but we still aim to bring the same great quality show. Keep an eye out for our sponsorship post in the coming weeks!

What a weekend! Thank you to all the many volunteers, organizers, competitors, parents, spectators and sponsors! 😃 it really takes a village to pull off a show like this spread over 2 weekends/ 3 days.

Some specific volunteers to thank:
- 📸 photographer Tabitha Burrell : please support by purchasing your show photos!
- 🍔 WHS canteen: they made $610 toward their travel trip to Japan!
- 🚑 First aid volunteers : thank you for being onsite to keep riders and spectators safe!
- ✏️ Office / ingate moms Carolyn and Karen for keeping things running smoothly on the day of!
- 🌾 Green Meadow Stables (Dale, Jean and Laura) for providing a great facility!
- 💰 Megan C for finding the many great community sponsorships (monetary and prizes!!)

🦄 the Hunter classic is offered at 2' and 2'6 and judged together! There are neck ribbons and prizes to 8th if people want to enter tomorrow it is $20!

A couple of announcements!

STABLING: see charts below! Bring own bedding and buckets! No bathing of show horses please as this is a boarding barn with limiting capacity🛁

SHOW OFFICE: will be open at 7 am for numbers. Those arriving tonight may be able to get numbers this evening to speed up the process. Waivers must be signed for each rider before number released.

PAYMENT: a couple of entries still require payment. Please E-TRANSFER [email protected] (The invoice sent automaticly by show software says pay at show but we require pre-payment😊)

CANTEEN: canteen onsite 10-2 both days. 🍔

WEATHER: Saturday is calling for rain, however woodstock is saying 12-16mm for the whole day. Footing will be fine and we will proceed unless something changes. Show jackets will be excused for rain coats and we will allow saddle covers ☔️

🐴 deadline without late fees is midnight tonight. Late fees apply after that until hard deadline of Wednesday 5pm.
🐴 your entry is not complete until you have emailed vaccine and NBEA proof to [email protected].
🐴e-transfer goes to same email!
🐴waivers will be signed on site when picking up number
