You will not believe what we got on camera yesterday…“We have had so many dogs dumped and seen so many thrown from cars lately, that I bet you think ‘Is this really happening in the Balkans? How often does this actually happen?’ It happens every day! Multiple times!And it was only a matter of time before we would eventually be able to catch it on camera. As you can imagine we were shaking and so angry to see this. In 43°c heat (110°f) which is DEADLY to street dogs with no food, water or shelter, this car pulled up while we were at the rubbish dump, a man got out, opened the trunk and grabbed a dog by the scruff of its neck and dropped it out of the car, then another, and another until this cruel man had dumped FIVE dogs at this barren trash site on this scorching hot day. Yes we gave him a piece of our mind but will not be sharing that. He looked smug, maybe a bit embarrassed… but said nothing and drove away. And yes we will report him to the police although it’s unlikely they will care.We are going to try and save these dogs but it means begging for your help. All five will need sponsors before we can pick them up, we left them food and water for now. The reality of weather like this for dogs like these, is that they would become so exhausted and collapse, and starving rats will literally eat them alive until the blood loss or heat kills them.
