For the past three years I have tried everything to get the Peepers to eat their pellets with little luck until now, I recently changed the over to quail pellets and the can’t get enough they quite literally hoovering them up. The quail pellets are much much smaller than the turkey or game pellets making them easy to swallow. I can’t believe that I didn’t try them on it before.

I purchased some Silver Pheasants from a friend last week. These guys hatched in 2024, so their color isn't there yet. But they will be amazing once fully colored with silver/white on their back and black on the bottom half of their body.

Leghorn and Pekin Bantam, strikingly different to look at.

Personality wise Leghorns are curious but flighty, Bantams are cute and friendly.

They make a rather lovely pair of bookends!
