I’m very excited to announce the arrival of my new stallion prospect Tapestrys Smoothly Dun in Guinness. He is a AMHA/AMHR grulla stud c**t from Christine Bragg at Tapestry Miniature Horses in Idaho who has been amazing to work with. Christine thank you so much for this amazing opportunity to own such a beautiful c**t. I am so insanely excited about his future here, and can’t wait to get him in the show ring next year 🤩 He has such an amazing temperament, movement and structure, and I couldn’t be happier.

I’m still deciding on a call name for him, suggestions welcome it has to be something strong. Christine Bragg

PP Meadowlark MDWS (Cairo)

Meet Cairo our 2020 bay roan filly who was born and raised here at Meadowlark Meadows Her sire is a 3 time AMHA world champion and her dam’s sire has his Halter HOF along with many other titles. She showed in Canadian nationals at the Calgary stampede and received second under both judges in a very competitive yearling filly class.

I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this pretty filly 🤩

Bullet & Sphinx started the weaning process over the weekend. This is them begging for more scratches and snacks for the trouble they are going through. Seriously how can I say no to that 🤷🏼‍♀️

Last weekend was the Canadian National Miniature Horse Show at the Calgary Stampede. This was the first horse show I have ever attended and brought horses to in my life and it was such an incredible experience.

I’m so proud and excited to announce that my yearling stud c**t Buckingham (Troupadours Forged in Fire) won
Canadian National Grand Champion Jr. Stallions

My yearling gelding Stryker (PP Meadowlark MDWS Stryking Silver) won Canadian National Grand Champion Jr. Gelding

And my yearling filly Cairo (PP Meadowlark MDWS Egyptian Magic) received two 2nd place placings in her class!

I am still in complete shock as I didn’t expect any of this and am so excited about how well these 3 did. Thank you to everyone who helped me and greeted me with open arms this weekend. And a special thanks to Kaycee for catch handling my horses and being a great friend and mentor and to Karina for catch handling Stryker in the supreme class. I can’t thank you both enough!

So proud of my horses and it’s always a great feeling to see your hard work pay off. ♥️🤩

Life has been so busy that I haven’t even had a chance to post about our final foal of the season.

This little c**t was born June 20th and is so beautiful. Right now he is the sweetest little boy and loves to come up to you for pets and scratches.

Everyone meet Bullet! He will be dual registered. I am so in love with him and can’t wait to see how he matures.

Everyone meet Sphinx! Very excited to announce this beautiful bay roan filly born May 19th. She is full of sass and s***k and I’m really liking how she is unfolding. Everyone knows I’m a sucker for a beautiful roan ♥️ She is by Legend a beautiful stallion who now lives state side and out of one of my best producing mares Egypt. This filly is A & R registered but I’m still trying to decide on a name for that.

I am very excited to announce the arrival of our first foal of 2021, a beautiful c**t! This little guy is so tiny and refined with a beautiful face and legs. It’ll be so exciting to watch him unfold in the next few days. Mom and baby are both doing great! ♥️

London our grulla mini mare could have her foal any day now based off of her breeding dates. She is a maiden so we are watching her extra close, just started developing a small bag so still a bit to go. She had a little spa day today and loved every miniute of it. We are so excited to see this foal ♥️

Our stallion, who is originally from Florida, is not enjoying this extreme cold Alberta weather we are getting! But he is very happy to come into a warm barn each night. Stay warm everyone! 🥶

Kryptonite (Winning Streaks Epic Magic) is very excited to announce that all 4 of his dwarfism tests all came back N/N Negative!

We have been blessed with exquisite foals from him in 2020 and we are expecting 2 foals from him in 2021! ♥️

Khaleesi was so thrilled to get her colour results back she decided to show off for me 😇

Her test results show that she is a Perlino and will only ever produce buckskin, palomino or double dilute foals! I am estatic about these results and how nicely this filly is coming along 😍
