Temporary leave of absence

I will be taking a temporary leave of absence due to my health, but we should be back up and running in a couple of weeks. I am, however, relieved to report that it is not Covid, but a chronic condition that can sometimes make my life difficult. Yet, we soldier on!

Experimenting with designs to develop a No Snatching Rein. Step 1 was to make the attachments to the saddle. Step 2 will be the head piece and finally the rein parts that connects to the bit.
Idea was inspired by a similar concept that we used on the farm for horses that stop randomly to eat grass. The poor little kids were just not strong enough to pull the horses' heads back up again.
They will also work wonderfully for horses that tend to pull the reins out of the rider's hands, especially with the smaller kids.
