Let's Talk Dog Food ☺️🐾🐾‼️

We have the puppies on 4health large breed puppy and the adults on Wholesome brand dog food. We get it from Tractor Supply store and they are really good. The overall health of the dogs is great 😃 but we also give them a fish oil capsule everyday along with a multivitamin. This is daily. We also stay away from dog foods that have corn wheat or soy in it. It makes the dog's bones brittle as they age. If you don't have a Tractor Supply store in your area Sam's Club has a store brand of puppy or dog food and it doesn't have corn wheat and soy in it. Make sure to read the back of the dog because you never know when a company might change the formula. But that Sam's Club brand is very good as well. About once a month we put bacon grease in the dog food ☺️ other than that we actually have our dogs on a pretty strict diet. We give them Frozen broccoli Spears in the summertime they love them. Not too much of course because that would upset their stomach. We give our dogs a little bit of blueberries as well with their food. I also will mix in a egg if I want them to have a little more protein. My dogs don't have any issues with chicken or beef. Some dogs do. We had to try a few brands before we found a brand not only that was good for them but they liked as well. Not to mention some brands they just didn't do well on. Anything Purina is honestly horrible. Most of the dog food brands are actually horrible especially most the popular brands. It's actually best to put your dog on a natural food diet. Mostly proteins, don't cook it, you can give them a little bit of fruits and or vegetables. If that's the way you choose to go. Let's all remember that the best diet for any dog that isn't on a special diet is the diet of their ancestor the Wolf. So organ meat is good. Like liver, we keep a good amount of beef liver in our deep freezer for the dogs. It's very healthy for them. Just remember to research how much of everything you should be giving your dog as far as portion size is concerned.

Good morning Ruff Crowd Kennels 🐾🐾
I came across this article and thought it would be great to share this information. So, when we breed some are born with brown sugar color eyes, wheat color, deep blue, grey and the rarest of any breed colors eyes are green which we have plenty of in each litter. I don't know if customers take me seriously whenever I tell them it's extremely rare to have green eyed Labs. Some call them to green eyes. What we do here is special in more ways than one 🐾❤️🐾

Green eyes in dogs aren't common, however popular dog breeds such as the Weimaraner, American Staffordshire terrier, and Chihuahua are among a few that might sport the look.

This is Diesel 🥹 This is Nestle and Jethro's son from their first litter and our first Labrador litter. I remember every place a puppy has gone. Sometimes the new owners keep in contact sometimes they don't but I always wonder about the puppy. Thank you to Diesel with his family for staying in touch and letting these breeders know how he is doing. It made me feel so good to see his face.
