There has been a recent accusation that I do not treat my geckos well. This is the gecko in question 2 days before he shipped. I went above and beyond for the person who wanted the gecko. I lowered the requested cost, I paid most the shipping. I tried to send to a hub because it’s safer but was asked not to. When he arrived his arm was red at the elbow and not working correctly. It’s my belief he was damaged in shipping. I gave back the shipping cost and the customer was happy. A day later she was convinced it was mbd. I still do not agree that was the case(all of my geckos have both types of calcium given in their diet). I offered to have him sent back and they refused. They asked for at least half their money back and I did this. (Or they would invoke the internet) against my better judgement I agreed and they were happy(I have screen shots) I admit I made a mistake sending the wrong pic in the beginning (his identical clutch mate who was also shipping out and is happy and healthy in his new home) but they received video before shipping and the video below is the gecko in question and is the main reason I agreed to give the refund I did. For weeks everything was fine. She bragged to me of him doubling in size and his arm regained use.(bruise went away) Asked questions which I answered almost immediately. 3 and a half weeks later I receive demands that I give her a new gecko and her money back. I am not a large breeder, this is a hobby. I am not sure what is going on with this poor guy after he left my care but he was very healthy when he left me. I feel I have gone above and beyond for this person and they are only using hate and other people to get money even though we made an agreement TWICE that they agreed satisfied the situation. Twice the “I’ll get the internet to make you give me what I want” was used… but I’m sorry I will not be bullied. For any who claim to think they know how I keep my animals I ask you please message m
